Well allrighty then, I made the cake and when I turned it over, it plopped out - no harm, no foul. I hope I baked it enough, but the top was springy and it was Betty's moist cake so we'll just have to see at supper time. It smells delightful - BTW, I used Canadian demerara sugar for the top. JW
I never met a Pineapple Upside Down Cake that I didn't like!

I can't wait to get into this one but have to grill some chicken breasts and make Peter's Puttanesca. Dinner is at 1800 PDT.
