Bones introduced us to these tasty treats from Wisky. There were a few left over from when he was here so we put them in the freezer and waited until a good night. Tonight we put some original rub on and they were grilled over a wood fire and served with sweet banana pepper rings and mustard.

It's a steak sandwich only made with pork instead of beef.

No brat taste either, just pork.

They are good.

like a beef minute steak, then?

Will have to pound out my own....

I think both would be acceptable, but the grill would win out for the best flavor
